We are always looking for young Muslim women (who empathise with our ethos and share a passion for helping others) to become a member of the SHE Steering Group. Members of our steering group are active young Muslim women who have become ideal role models, for our younger girls. Members are encouraged to positively engage and advocate issues within their communities by working with us to develop and deliver a set of goal orientated programmes.

In addition we advocate for young Muslim women and girls in numerous ways for example; by attending various forums, seminar, conferences and meetings to tackle key issues and combat negativity and discrimination in the media and society. Furthermore, we aim to work alongside other organisations and agencies in order to help them improve their service provisions, so that Muslim girls/women can gain access and participate in society without having to compromise their faith.
